DELIVERY...
Easy-peasy... We are currently offering standard delivery by Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes between 2-3 weeks. 

If you are outside the UK please contact for postage cost before placing your order. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES...
Quick and easy...Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days, UNWORN and in the original condition* in which you received it. ALL tags in tact, and we will send out your replacement free of charge, or administer your refund.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt and also list the item(s) and the reason for the return and whether you would prefer an exchange.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us via a registered service as we will not refund or exchange items which are lost in transit. Goods are returned to Get That Body Magic online shop at your own expense however we will send an exchange to you by our standard delivery method at no extra charge.

FAULTY GOODS...
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
